Qualification
for Membership
1. All natural born and naturalized Jamaicans and all Jamaicans who have become citizens of other countries
their
spouses and children, are
eligible for regular membership provided that.
a)
The
applicant has attained the age of 18 years
b)
The
applicant is of good character
c)
The
applicant agrees to abide by the constitution and by-laws of the League.
2. All persons who are in sympathy with
the program of the League, but who fail to meet the requirements of
regular
membership because of Nationality or age, may become Associate Members.
Associate Members
are not entitled to vote or hold office.
3. Membership in the League becomes
effective thirty days following the approval of application.
